SHIPPING
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days. A Way With Words Foundation, Inc. products are shipped normal land rates via United States Postal Service or UPS and delivery can be expected within one to four weeks. Special delivery arrangements can be accommodated.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All items sold by the A Way With Words Foundation, Inc., including products purchased through its web site, are satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any A Way With Words Foundation, Inc. product, you may request a Refund or Replacement within 90 days of purchase.
